Me and my group chose to remake the song Saturday Night by Whigfeild.
When editing this video I used base-tracks and markers throughout the process which enabled me to work faster and efficiently. We filmed loads of base tracks, multiple times, especially because there were 4 of us in the group and we were all in the video. During the editing process I used markers to align the original music to the base tracks so they were all in sync. Doing this, I was able to listen to the track whilst marking the base tracks every 4 seconds to the beat (conventional), so I could cut in these places. Then was able to choose/delete as required depending on what type of shot we wanted for that part of the track.
